Yesterday we received an interesting phone call. It was the Delaware State Police notifying us that a sex offender had moved in down the street. He is high risk and is listed on the registry. http://sexoffender.dsp.delaware.gov/sor_search.htm I went to the above website and noticed there was a link where you could sign up for email notices as well. Simply follow this link and register for a free account. https://diss.state.de.us/DWS/public.diss Then go to "Subscribe/Unsubscribe Subscriptions" Choose the "Public Health and Safety". At that point you can choose the area for which you would like to get notices. This service is great since you will get a notice as soon as it is posted on the sex offender registry.
